Thank you for helping us with this important study! Some of you are staff members and volunteers at partner agencies, some of you are community volunteers. Everyone must participate in training and quizzes before conducting interviews.

Training & Quizzes
Training: Please click on the CITI PROGRAM button below. The document will guide you on how to set up an online account and which four modules to study. After each module you will take a four question quiz, you need an 80% on each quiz to become a certified interviewer. 
Quizzes: Once you've completed the four modules, please email your CITI username and password to [email protected].

Interview
Once you receive the final survey password, you can begin conducting interviews. The button below has a link to the final survey.
