    903HELP.org Memorandum of Understanding

    This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) describes the responsibilities and expectations between the East Texas Human Needs Network and the Partner Agency regarding the 903Help.org online Service Directory.
    RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
     
    East Texas Human Needs Network (ETHNN) agrees to:
    • Contract with and pay Simon Solutions for the publishing of the 903HELP.org  online Social Services Directory.
    • Maintain the online Social Services Directory.
    • Provide training and support to Partner Agency staff.
    Partner Agency (PA) agrees to:
    • Appoint a staff member as a Directory Liaison to work directly with ETHNN staff.
    • Ensure Directory Liaison submits Agency, Program, and Services information online.
    • Ensure Directory Liaison logs in on the first of every month and makes updates as needed.
    • Ensure Directory Liaison participates in scheduled Directory Liaison meetings.

    ​TERMINATION
     
    The ETHNN and the PA may terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, with a seven (7) day written notice of termination. Such notice shall be given in writing to the other party and shall be sent to the address below via certified or registered mail with return receipt. At that time, all PA information on the Service Directory will be deleted.
